    DO NOT USE DOCVERIFY. THEY HAVE SIGNER REQUIREMENTS THAT THE STATE OF ARIZONA DOES NOT HAVE. I just lost a client after spending over 3 hours with them for a Remote Online Notarization. We had to schedule this signing ONE MONTH in advance because the signer is ill and cannot travel. DOCVERIFY DENIED verification to the signer saying they require that an International signer have a US address. She didn't. THIS IS NOT AN ARIZONA NOTARY LAW! Why would a signing platform require something from the signer that the State does not require? I paid $780 for a one year subscription, plus $90 for a digital certificate, plus a $125 setup fee, for this. TOTAL SCAM. The first time I use it- I lose a client based on something that DocVerify requires that the STATE OF ARIZONA does not. DocVerify told me they would issue me some tokens. Issuing credits or tokens does not fix this. This is the ONLY signing (other than a practice signing) I have performed using DocVerify. I FIND OUT I CANNOT USE THEIR SERVICES because I HAVE INTERNATIONAL SIGNERS that do not live in *****************. WHICH IS NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR THE SIGNER. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY. DocVerify said they will issue some tokens and credits. WHAT?! I can't even use their signing platform. If you add in all the tokens I have purchased, I paid over $1,000 for nothing. And DocVerify issues me some tokens? I cannot perform International signings. This is an absolute outrage and I am in utter shock.

    I cancelled my account ad they took money again and will not honor my 2022 cancellation and will not refund my payment after cancelling my account a year ago. They are a scam, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

    I needed a mobile notary but the monile notary only used the DocVerify platform. It would not connect on my Apple Desktop or on my Apple iPhone. DocVerify kept shutting down when I would try to photograph my drivers license. The notary told me that my computer was too old and that it does not work on an iPhone. My documents could not be notarized but I was charged for her time even though services were not completed at all. The notary stayed trying to help me connect securely with DocVerify for over am hour, so I was charged $94 for services not completed. This is a terrible company and DocVerify does not connect or maintain any connection over 2 minutes before shutting off.

We do not work directly with signers, neither do we charge signers for transactions. Docverify supports apple products seamlessly. ?This issue appears to be more device related. Please ensure you clear your cache, have strong internet connection and sufficient memory in your device before your transaction.

    They are by far the worst and most expensive company I've worked with. They took funds from my account without any prior notification. My annual subscription had ended and without notice that my subscription was ending (which I was not going to renew) or They did not email me asking for authorization to remove funds, they did it. It is in their policy to send a reminder email. They did not! They sent me an email stating that they took the funds, but no early notice. They are crooks. Their business practices are underhanded and sneaky. Their services are below standard. I am seeking legal action and filing federal complaints.
