Detailers who worked on my vehicle caused approximately $1200 in electrical damages, and the business refuses to provide any assistance or refund.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 02/23/2025

Detailers performed very sloppy and poor quality work that caused damage to my left front window motor, right front door lock actuator, and right rear door lock actuator. I want the company to cover the cost of repairs as estimated by my local ********* Websites terms can be found here ************************

Stating the vehicle must withstand the "normal detailing process" is a low effort cop-out to excuse damage caused by poor worksmanship. A skilled detailer would not have dramatically oversprayed a plastic dressing product to the point of leaking into multiple door panels and ruining multiple electrical parts. In addition, the outside of my vehicle was washed without my permission, and they begged me for a good review in exchange.
