    NEGATIVE 5 stars! DON'T BOTHER! Very rude & unprofessional. I had used this company in the past for tree trimmers & also my aunt used them, they were great. FAST FORWARD to 2023 and Warren, whom I think is the owner comes out to give an estimate for an insurance claim. I really think he smelled money. He was a fast talker & wanted to do the work next day. I told him NO my insurance company needs to see this first, then they'll pay me, so I can pay you. Waren said "Oh no, they won't pay until the work is done". I told him sorry, that's not how AAA works. I knew he was upset about that... HOWEVER he said he would give me a quote the next day ... TWO WEEKS LATER, nothing! NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. I called to tell the nice lady who's worked there forever about it ... and then Waren gets on the phone & says "it's not my ego, You didn't trust me, have a good day" AND HANGS UP ON ME. THEN HE TEXTED ME ; Sorry you think I'm a ass hole and all the other insulting thing you called me... very unprofessional. WELL, I never called him anything.. I did say he seems to have an ego ... I was not even talking to him. THIS IS NOT A PERSON YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH! Now watch his response to this... and then read his other responses from past years... there's a pattern people. I just read a review from an employee that says this guy is a drunk ... that makes total sense !
