      Ordered a cremation necklace pendant and they immediately emailed me the next day saying it was no longer in stock. They offered me a “replacement item” by showing me a snipped image and saying it was the same price. I looked on their site. They did indeed remove the item I placed an order for. But then I found the item they offered me. It was listed for $40 less than I paid for my original item! They tried to cheat me out of money during a time when I was mourning the loss of my pet. Then, just mere days after trying to cheat me out of money, they send me a promotional email showing that the item I originally wanted was in stock. I emailed the company on three different occasions to ask if this was the case. None of my emails were responded to.

      We went back n forth for a whole week about what I ordered & what they had in stock. I said then I don't want it.. It's a bait & hook as later on he replied with what I actually I ordered. https://www.urns.com/products/buckeye-burl-wood-pendant#5ec4/fullscreen/m=and&q=antler the one to the left - Antler Hand Tossed Keepsake Pendant SILVER - he sent me the other one photo'd but in GOLD trim. They are calling this their warehouse for my return saying it's an office & there are workerS in there. This is also the address listed on their website so it's not private information. *** ****** ***** Drive Goleta, CA 93117 He told me it was shipped from Oregon & I asked for that address.. he said a blind man in artisan is making these and shipping them from Florida. DO NOT ORDER.

      On our website we specify for that product: These cremation pendants are one of a kind, so when you place your order you may not get the one pictured. We will send you an email with all the ones available at the date of purchase. That is what we did, the customer chose one, we sent it and then she wants the one pictured on the website. We explained to her again what we have posted on the website and told her that if she wants, she may return the one she has for a refund. To do that she inquired about our address, the ship from address, etc... and after we gave her all the information she was very upset. All she needs to do, is send back the item to the address provided on our email and she will get a full refund.

      Ordered an urn from their company, upon reviving the urn, I was notified that the funeral director had provided and placed the ashes in a urn free of charge. As the Urn was sealed I contacted the email address on the return page asking for a return process. After no responses (no one monitors this email address) I called them asking for a way to return the urns, they stated they would send me refund information. After three days I called them back as I had no received them and requested it again. Two days later I received the information. I returned the urns to the provided addresses. For a week and a half after I attempted to contact them and find out a status on the refund, to find out that nothing has been processed. I had to go to my credit card company and provide them with the information to get the refund processed at the dispute level. Awful experience during an awful time in my life.

      I placed an order and because of my reasons I called them to cancel the order 20 mins later. They told me it already shipped (lie). They sent me a tracking number that was generated but that said it hadn’t been picked up (they lied again) after they told me it was. They are shady and rude and lied about their whole process. I will never order from them

      She placed an order and then called 35 minutes later to cancel the order. We checked with the warehouse and the order was already processed and sent. We called her back and let her know that the order was already sent and she got upset and did not believe that we already sent it. We entered the tracking number right away on the orders portal, so she could follow up, and a few hour later the package started moving on the USPS portal. First time ever that we are a bad company because we were very efficient.

      I purchased an urn to have for my mom's service. Paid $50 for overnight next day delivery. Placed my order on Tuesday thinking it would be here for her service Saturday. I was promised it would be here on thursday then Friday. It never arrived. Was promised on Saturday STILL NO URN. I cant get them to answer my calls or emails. I have requested a full refund.

      Would not recommend, I paid for 2-day shipping and it should have arrived on a Saturday they are telling me UPS does not deliver on Saturdays when I have them on my ring camera delivering me other packages. Communication is awful and they told me to deal with my credit card company if I have a problem. I found out after ordering that the funeral home has the same brand, for a less price and they do everything right there so definitely would discourage anyone from ordering from this company

      I would not recommend! Their service isn’t professional. My urn was delivered very choppy work (the engraving was smeared) the dove piece wasn’t with the urn shipped later. But no instructions on how to open or to put the doves on the fiberboard urn. Just horrible! I should’ve saved my money and time with a more reliable and trustworthy source than Urn.com smh

      Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and the products were shipped quickly. I had called first to verify items were in stock also. Why then the 2 stars? The urns came with lovely boxes that smelled horribly! The shipping box was thrown out immediately and we tried to clean the urn decorative boxes but the smell remains. We can not give them to the family that way. Urns.com responded right away but we were just told they were on a ship, no remedy was offered. Would not order again as I expect to get what I had paid for.

      We are sorry you had a bad experience with the smell, but we suggested spraying Lysol and leave them in the open for 24 hours and that would help get rid of it.

      Placed order 5/23/22 I still haven't received my order 3 months later. Phone calls won't be returned, emails don't get answered. They get your money and you'll never hear from them again. Dishonest, disrespectful. This place needs to be shutdown. I just want my money back at this point.
