    Never heard of them until I was billed $49.94. I was checking court information and paid for it. I did not sign up for this. You can't do anything anymore without them adding costs you didn't even know about. How do I get a refund? No rating!!

You also agreed to automatically enroll in a standard monthly membership for $49.94, unless you canceled before your trial expired on 1/28/2025. This is stated clearly, and directly above the button where you accept your agreement. It was also emailed directly to you in case you did not read the terms. Our records show that you also logged in to our site from your computer at IP address: ************* on 1/21/2025 and performed 3 searches. Since your membership was NOT canceled, you were charged a standard monthly membership fee of $49.94 as you had agreed to at the time of registration. Your account was cancelled and fully refunded $49.94 after we received your refund request. You will no longer be charged. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your bank to post this refund to your account.Hopefully this resolves all outstanding issues. If you still have questions after that time, please contact our customer support any day between 8am - 11pm EST.

    I used them once. For $1 and then they charged me $50. Lady on the phone was rude and wouldnt refund my money.
