      Sunday morning awakened by a truck that pulled up on the street at 6 am. The sound of grinding tree branches was so loud I couldnt get back to sleep. This noise continued for over an hour. Mind you, this neighborhood is quiet and this inconsiderate business chose a Sunday morning to clean up a tree using heavy machinery. Their entire truck was filled with wood shavings. Terrible!

      Received an advertisement in my mailbox with no **** service, that's fine (**** charge to much anyway), fact is they provided tree pruning and cutting service that outperformed other local companies with respect to responding to cost estimate, arriving on the day and time agreed to, employees work ************************* Accomplished the entire ten trees in less than half a day, cleaned up all cuttings and left everything like they weren't even here. Excellent team. Out of ****** and serving the ***************** area three hours away.

      I did not hire this company, my neighbor did. Unfortunately, they used my property to trim and haul away my neighbor's tree cuttings. The morning of the trimming, which I had no prior knowledge of, they rang my door bell at 7AM telling me that they were trimming my neighbors tree. They informed me that some the branches from the largest tree would be dropping in my yard and asked if they could come in my yard to clean those up. I said yes, of course. BUT instead a few branches landing on my property they purposely threw NEARLY ALL the cuttings from that tree onto my property. They even threw cuttings over the fence onto my property. THEY HAULED NEARLY ALL THE CUTTINGS THROUGH MY PROPERTY because it was convenient for them. They hauled the heavy branches out the sidewalk on the side of my house scraping them along the fence and the house. I had to stand there and make them clean ALL the cuttings and leaves away, not just blow them into a corner. Still, that area of my property, which is cement and rock edging, was left a mess when they left.

      They were in time and took care of our dead eucalyptus in half the time it took a previous company with three times the number of employees. I would use them again.

      We had two very large trees removed with the stumps ground and everything removed from the site. David was a pleasure to work with and beat the competition’s price by 25%. I have recommended them numerous times and have heard only wonderful things.
