The terms and conditions of White Mechanical’s warranty are as follows:
1. White Mechanical is responsible for replacement or repair of any defective equipment or workmanship associated with a project for (1) one-year and 90 days on a repair.
2. The owner is responsible for maintaining, inspecting, calibrating and other necessary services as required that ensure proper operation of the equipment.
3. Warranty work will be performed during normal hours, and is subject to availability of personnel on a first call basis, unless it is life threatening.
4. White Mechanical is not responsible for warranty coverage on any equipment repaired by others, abused, altered, misused, damaged by fire, flood, or act of God, or which has not been adequately and appropriately maintained.
5. Service calls are billable, if the problem is determined to be outside the scope of warranty coverage, in which case a written description of the problem encountered and corrective work performed will be provided.
6. Any Manufacture Warranty that Exceeds White Mechanical’s Standard Warranty, will be Extended to the Owner (Equipment and Material. Labor not included.
