I bought a voucher of this merchant from Groupon which was one month unlimited membership for an individual of this gym for an individual last August and redeemed it on Feb 6th, 2023. My husband bought a voucher of the same merchant on March 7th, 2023 which was one month unlimited membership for two people and sent it as a gift to me. I tried to contact the owner of the business to activate my membership on August 28th, 2023 via email before the voucher would expire on September 3rd,2023. And on that day, I was told that my voucher was redeemed on June 19th, 2023. This voucher was for both my husband and I. But neither of us contacted the business on that day. In fact, my husband never goes to the business and contacts the business in email, phone, or text. I had never been to the business since I finished one month of membership on March 6th, 2023. I contacted the owner, they insisted that we redeem the voucher without providing details, such as emails or text message or phone call record stating that we contacted them to redeem our voucher on June 19th,2023. We also asked them to provide the lists of visits that either one of my husband and I starting June 19th, 2023 if they insisted we activate our membership and actually visit their business. If they cannot find those information, they should either fulfill us with one month of unlimited gym membership for two people or send us an email to confirm that we do not use the voucher so that we could forward it to Groupon to ask for a refund or simply refund us $39.2. However, the owner of the business insisted the two vouchers were the same and the latter one was redeemed. But they are different types, different values, different purchase dates and different expiration dates. On the Groupon, they said we customers could buy and use the vouchers after 180 days for the same type of vouchers. The two purchase dates were over 180 days(from August 2022 to March 7th,2023).The two redeem dates were over 180 days(02/06-08/28
