    I rented a P.O. Box with 24 hr access. The first time I arrived I had been waiting on important personal documents that should have arrived, but *****. I thought nothing of it, and waited. A couple weeks later I arrived again and though not everything arrived my debit card had, so I assumed the business was legitimate. I travel for weeks at a time so mail pickup are spontaneous. The third time I arrived my key for the door, for 24 hour access didnt work. It was after hours. I arrived the next day, had no mail, which was completely odd since I had specifically sent mail to test the box. Something was off, so I had tested it. I called *** and got in touch with ****, the owner, and told him the situation. He claimed I had no mail, and that it was odd my key didnt work for the door. 20 minutes later he called back and said my mail had been saved, and I could retrieve a new key. 1.5 months later I was called and told my box fee was past due. My debit card was stolen, I quickly rectified the situation and put a new card on file. 1.5 months later I arrived at night, no mail, nothing in the box. Next day I arrived and was given my packages, though nothing was in my box, no notice, nothing. A month later I arrived, the night door *** worked but my mail box key did not. The lock was changed though I was current. I had to stay an extra night and arrived next day. **** gave me a new key to my box, no mail though expecting important documents, no explanation. The last time I arrived was 3 weeks later. Day time. I went to my box, my key still worked, yet no mail. I, obviously, inquired. I was waiting on my vehicle tags and correspondence from a court for a ticket. No mail. When I questioned ****, who somehow did not put my business debit on file 3 times before this occurrence, this time he said my box had been closed. My business debit always has funds, and he never called me. *** kept the same number, for years, and have his personal number saved. No mail. Not okay.
