      I've had a number of sites on InMotion for at least 10 years now. My favorite company to deal with. Great tech support. Very responsive. Lots of helpful resources. Highly recommend..

      I have for years a Power Plan with InMotion Hosting. I called today to get better options. A customer service rep confused me saying that if I pay for 3 years is ***** (I understood ************* a trick just to get more money (CHEATING). Instead, she should've say **** (like in ************ dollars for 3 years). The price wasn't very clear but before I could ask more questions she changed in a couple of seconds the deal I head for years (about ************ to ************ for the same hosting plan without making sure I understand this payment plan although it was obviously I was looking for a better deal not a worse one (who would've pay almost double for the same hosting plan?). It seemed not right, and when I told her that I don't want a new plan she said that I agreed and I can not go back to my previous payment plan. The sad thing is that I helped them when they were only a start-up and I got that ***** months deal. What they did today it was not professional at all. No supervisor was available apparently to talk about this. At least that's what I was told. I wouldn't recommend this web host to anyone who would like a helpful customer service. I left a star-rating to be able to submit the review, otherwise I would give them zero star-rating.

      Hello Christian,

      We are sorry to hear about your recent experience. As a loyal customer, we would never want you to feel this way. In order to best address your concerns, we reviewed your interaction with us in detail and apologize that your experience was not satisfactory.

      We understand your concern over how the information regarding pricing was misinterpreted, but the agent you spoke with did state, multiple times, that the amount was $575.64 for a 36 month (3-year) term, paid in full. At no time did they advise that the price was $5.75 per month. Additionally, as this was a change to the term length of your subscription, in addition to a change away from a plan type that we no longer offer, the change back to the previous subscription would not be something achievable by the agent that you worked with.

      As a long standing customer, we would like the opportunity to work with you to reach an amicable resolution and our Customer Loyalty Team would be glad to do so. Our Customer Loyalty Team can work with you to help resolve the change back to your previous plan if that is what you would like to do. The team can be reached via email at ************@inmotionhositng.com. As you have already made a change to your current subscription type, they would also be happy to help with refunding the difference in cost if you would like to have the plan type reverted to the previous plan type.

      To also address some of your other concerns, as advised to you on the call, the prices that you were requesting from our marketing website are offered only for new subscribers. The introductory offer for new subscribers is a one-time discount and is unfortunately not available for existing subscriptions. The request that was made by you to change from your current term length to your new term length was to take place on the renewal date based on the plan's non-discounted price. This price is also displayed on our website as the crossed-out price, which was also advised to you by our agent prior to the term length change that you requested. We do not want you to feel that this fact is not clearly visible on our website.
