    On November 23, 2023, ************* issued a purchase order for one (1) FM6560811150-316-**** 8" TigermagEP magnetic flowmeter with transmitter in an N4X enclosure, 100 feet of cable, and 8" grounding rings. Sparling required full payment before proceeding with the order, so Dynatek issued check no. ***** in the amount of $11,273.69 on November 30, 2023. This payment was mailed via ***, using a label provided by Sparling.On January 19, 2024, ***** ********** from Sparling responded to a follow-up email, confirming the order was in production and on track to ship by February 26, 2024. However, after multiple delays and repeated follow-ups, only a portion of the orderthe flowmeterwas finally delivered on November 8, 2024, nearly a year after the initial purchase. The transmitter, N4X enclosure, and grounding rings were missing. Both Yosufi and ***** at Sparling were emailed and acknowledged receipt of the shipping documentation, which confirmed that these components were not included in the delivery.Despite multiple follow-up emails, we received no response until February 4, 2025, when ***** finally stated that the missing items would ship on February 14, 2025. Dynatek requested tracking information via email on that date, but we never received a response, and the materials remain undeliverable. Subsequent emails and phone calls have gone unanswered.We are setting a final deadline of April 30, 2025, for Sparling to ship the remaining materials. If the equipment is not shipped by this date, we are demanding an immediate full refund.

    Our company, **********-***** Engineering, placed an order (our PO *****) with Sparling Instruments on February 22, 2024. This PO was based on a quote they provided (quote R01324). Sparling subsequently provided a confirmation email and requested payment up front for the goods (flow meters for one of our projects). They charged our corporate **************** card $4,921.51 on 2/22/24. Their sales order # is *****. Sparling's commitment would be to provide the equipment called our on our purchase order. Since that time of order placement, we have tried many times to contact Sparling via phone and email. They have been completely non-responsive. A search of ****** reviews for this business shows that they are doing the same thing to other customers. We seek a refund and candidly this business should be shut down for taking money from businesses and then failing to deliver the product and respond in any way. Our purchase order, the quote from Sparling, the confirmation email from Sparling, and the **** receipt email are attached for reference. Thank you for the time.

    I work for *******************************, we are an industrial distributor. 12/19/2024 I placed an order with Sparling Instruments. I paid them via company purchasing credit card. Sparling send me a Transaction Receipt 12/20/2024 amount of $4,158.00 and a order conformation. Sales order number ***** ship by date Jan 10, 2025. January 17/2025 I emailed ***** ********** ************************************** and asked for a order update. I called several times and left messages asking them to call me back. i sent a few more email asking for updated. 1/31/25 I looked up there website and noticed a lot of bad reviews and i got worried this was scam order. I sent a another email to everyone i could find on their website. One of their **** *** ***** called me and said they are not responding to him and he has open orders over a year old. He did not have good things to say about them and was very update with them. ****** ********** did email back today saying she would reach out to production management and get back to me. After reading all the reviews and personally talking to one of their **** I decided to it would be good to report this company. If Sparling Instruments can not product our equipment that we paid for we will need a full refund from them.

    I paid for products from Sparling instruments that never arrived and they refuse to respond now or refund my money. They stole over $6000 from me alone and there are atoms of people in the same position as me.

    On July 11, 2024 Paid $4823.50 for a flowmeter and the company never delivered the product. Have sent multiple e-mails and left multiple phone messages with no resolution. Most of the communication is not even responded to. I have requested a refund and they have not responded or acknowledged my request.

    I am the Chief Water Operator for the City of Colt Arkansas. On May 23 2024 order and paid for a meter and meter tube plus shipping. Sales order states ship by date of July 18 2024. Have had no notice that product has shipped. Have sent several emails and left phone messages with no response. Got one response on August 2 ******************************************************************************************** no response since then.

    We are sorry that the ordr, our SO ***** is delayed in shipment.     The delay is due to componenet avaialbilty for manufacture one of the items on this order.   We have informed the customer of a new ship date (8/21) and will communicate directly with them until the order ships.

    Hello, We made a purchase from Sparling Instruments and paid with a credit card. We had to request a return, and got an **** RGA #******. We returned the material and Sparling has received it, but will not refund our money. I have emailed them about 8 times, and they keep saying someone will contact me, but no one does. I have attached the invoice, the 2 payment receipts, the **** and the proof of delivery for the return. All we want is our money back. Thank you.
