    This vendor took the $500 deposit to deliver the blinds for my home but never delivered. He is now ignoring my calls and not returning the money or delivering the blinds.

    Company Name: Source 1 Window Covering Invoice Number: 0107 Date of Transaction: February 10, 2024 Amount of Deposit Paid: $1,100 Details of the Complaint:I am filing this complaint against Source 1 Window Covering due to their incomplete delivery and failure to refund my deposit. On February 10, 2024, I placed an order for office window coverings and paid a deposit of $1,100. The order included 14 window coverings, but only 3 have been delivered to date.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue with Source 1 Window Covering through phone calls and text messages, I have not received a satisfactory response or any indication of when the remaining products will be delivered or when I will receive a refund for the undelivered items.This lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my business operations.Resolution Sought:Delivery of the remaining 11 window coverings or Refund of the deposit for the undelivered items I urge Source 1 Window Covering to take immediate action to resolve this matter. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this complaint.
