    The company offers a product called "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2022 - Lifetime Activation for MAC." I understood the product as a stand-alone software item allowing one to edit PDFs. After purchasing the item with the knowledge the website boasts a "Money Back Guarantee," the product turns out to be a file the company instructs buyers to copy/paste into their existing Adobe Acrobat software, thus altering the Adobe product. The process crashed Adobe, and I let the company know. I was then told how to "fix" the issue, a solution requiring pasting code onto the terminal or allowing the company to access my computer via remote software. Because I was uncomfortable giving access to or modifying the terminal on my computer, I asked for a refund. Never got it despite my advising I planned to share my experience with BBB. I'm out $30 and don't care to fight them over this, but I thought others should know what they're getting into with this software, products that seem unethical, if not illegal, upon further reflection. Not sure Adobe would appreciate their business model, either.
