    In the manual for the 14” X 40” 4-SPEED 1/2HP 120V WOOD TURNING LATHE ITEM: 66012” lathe it states “ before returning to your retailer, our exceptional customer service is available” with a listed phone number and email address. I have attempted to call and email on several instances without being able to reach anyone. All I am needing is a drive center (item #20 in parts diagram of manual) part that was missing. I would appreciate hearing back from someone that can assist with this issue please. - Dissapointed.

    Any missing parts are handled by the seller, if you can message your original seller they should be able to assist you with parts or email your order information to [email protected] since they do have most of our parts available directly

    I purchased the 61023 Plate Compactor and the engine manual was not included. The manual is called out as an item that should be included the package. I’ve tried to call their customer support and I’ve also sent the support team and email. No one has responded for several weeks. I assume they could simply send me the PDF of this manual. How hard can this be to respond with a PDF.

    We have not received any emails, our customer service email is custo********************** and the request for a manual can be sent there or to the original seller of the item.
