-July 5th, 2024 Paid **** ***** for externship, it has been exactly a year and nothing. There are always some kind of an excuse. From her lies like waiting for contract, waiting on HR, hospital she wants to send me to is under construction, educator being fired and she basically said IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME!! When it does AFFECT me because that means i wont recieve my externship and no one has told me. Read reviews that she has also SCAMMED others about a fake externship. I texted and call numbers she has linked me to like Chee Her and ****** no one answers, its like a fake #. All this time she has been saying lies for a year and i am fed up! I just want my money back, i am broke, i have a family and she has no remorse. I have asked NICELY to give my money back and she keeps declining my request.

On January 22 2024 I was offered externship at ************************ and paid ***************** $1500 on fees to attend externship and till this day I been waiting on my refund. They wasnt an externship that ever existed. This is ***** message to me:Well I apologize, but it is out of my hands. I am waiting for it just as you are. In regards to refunds, 6-8 weeks is the TYPICAL turn around time for refunds but can take up to 6 months depending on the refund as per school catalog. This is been going on for months It took a little longer because I am currently setting up contract with ******** hospital and I remember you said you would rather be there. But as soon as I saw it took the HR **** awhile tk send me the paperwork I worried it would take longer than I expected and didnt want you to wait so I continued with your refund.I personally think it a fraudulent scam please people we need to stop her behavior.

I'm doing this complain because I paid $500 for 3 day in house clinicals on 10/02/2023, I contacted the educator **** lots of times to schedule the classes, until after a more than a month, she scheduled it, and a day of the class she had a excuse to reschedule for a different date, she did it for about 5 times. The last time she rescheduled the class (clinicals) I went to the school and the teacher **** never showed up, school was closed, I sent her messages to ask for my money back and she hasn't respond it to it. I would like help to get my money back please. Thank you.

***************** is the owner and teacher of the business certified Central Valley sterile processing program. I paid $1,800 to take her course and she was very irresponsible, she wasted my time showing up late to class, dismissing the class early and canceling class last minute. This course was only 9 weekends which she made shorter by canceling classes. She would sell certifications of excellence to say that the student was outstanding without offering an extra class. She would offer it to every student in her class giving them different prices. She offered me an externship asking for $1200 at valley childrens and it was the first time she was doing externships but since no one signed up she offered to pay half of the externship. We agreed that I would pay half and the rest by February 14th. I made the first payment of $600 dollars on January 2, **** and ************************************************ that moment breaking our agreement. I reminded her what we had agreed on and if it couldnt work out the way we agreed that I wanted my money back and now she doesnt want to pay me back. Shes scamming people by selling certificates and not teaching the right way. This business should be permanently closed to prevent other people to get scammed.
