      I signed up for Jenny Craig 14 day meal plan on 3/2/25 with the first shipment delivered a few days later. My next auto ship order is due today which is 14 days since the last and I find out Jenny Craig is still processing and it hasn't been shipped and it may be 3 to 5 days. My issue is what is the point of being on this diet and paying the high cost, if they don't get you the food when needed. So you have to go off the diet until you receive the food............makes no sense and I'm not sure how they can advertise every 14 days when they can't fulfill the orders.Customer service is also hard to reach and provides no resolution. I'm not looking for refund and would like to stay on plan but need some understanding of how to receive food when needed.

      Have been a customer of ********************** on and off throughout the years with no prior issues. Recently i had an issue with incorrect delivery's made once someone else's food that I was to get a credit back. Now as of today new shipment arrived that i was billed for and it was the wrong menu items the company can see what i order on a consistent basis and meat 'beef was included with this order only have chicken/fish, veggies. Called into service center and that's where i got no help the run around and treated rude. Asked for a supervisor 3 times only to be told that they were in a meeting? A company this big cant get supervisor on phone or at least callback. Male **** were the worst don't know what they are doing would not even give a credit back for a future order, no choice but to cancel membership all together cant even return food no option given donated most of it. Company has really gone downhill will be writing negative reviews on any social media yelp,etc on the way I was treated

      I decided to take weight loss seriously. I bought a subscription to Jenny Craig for all my meals . I paid $1317.15 for 12 weeks . Food to be on auto ship every two weeks . For some reason it was supposed to ship on 2/11 it takes 2 days to arrive . It is mostly frozen food and comes in a stirofoam cooler with dry ice. Dry ice doesnt last too long 24 hours. I was due to get my last order on Thursday February 13 . The three prior orders came at the 2 week interval as I was promised. This order had still not been shipped . Im totally out of food which has totally ruined my weight loss progress . I called Jenny Craig as shown in the photos. I spoke with a customer service representative and asked for a supervisor, I got nowhere. They couldnt tell me why my order didnt ship but did say it could take 1-10 business days when it did. That was incorrect because it was frozen food and wouldnt last . They told me to use portion control until it arrived. I told them if I could have used portion control in the first place I wouldnt have spent $1300 for their food . I was doing really well until this glitch . I lost >6 lbs . Now Ive gained afew pounds already in just afew days . Still my food hasnt shipped and I was offered no reason or solution to the problem.

      This complaint is on Jenny Craig. I had been shipping Jenny Craig to my daughter in college. In October I attempted to cancel auto ship because she would be traveling due to the holidays. An agent said it was better to pause my account until February, so I did this, only to get a shipment notice Dec. 26 as well as a $339 charge on my credit card. When I contacted Jenny Craig I was told that I misunderstood the pause and there was nothing that could be done to refund or stop shipment. I asked for supervisor and was refused. This shipment goes to an unattended mailroom in an apartment complex so I have no way to refuse it. This seems like devious practice and needs to be investigated.

      I have done business previously with ************************** so they had my credit card on file. I was browsing the site and clicked on the link for Club Jenny, in an effort to read more about the program. They immediately charged my credit card a $69.99 membership fee and put me in this club that will charge the fee to my card every six months! All my efforts to get a refund have failed.They are not providing ANY goods or services for this fee. I have not ordered food or gotten any benefit or discounts as a result of the fee. There was no warning or request for approval before charging my card.

      I ordered Jenny Craig in Oct 2024. I got my first order after trying it I realized the food was terrible and complete junk. The portions were really meager, like a half of potato broccoli shreads and fake cheese watery junk, tiny pieces of beef that barely resemble beef, just horrible. The next order was scheduled the first week in Dec. I was going to cancel before next order. It was Thanksgiving and I was very busy. On Nov 27 without prior warning I got a message the order was processed about a week early, At 8 am that morning I immediately called and cancelled the order. It had not been labelled or packaged yet. At 11:30AM they processed the order by just creating a lable. I immediated called and they told me I had to accept the order as it had been processed. It was a week early no warning and I cancelled before it had even been packaged. They continued to ship the order and I refused the shipment. It is a ton of food I don't want, a complete waste and I have no where to store 2 weeks worth or horrible food. I created a ****** dispute a week ago which they have ignored. This company is a scam and disgrace.

      I had a terrible experience with their ordering. The terms are not clear and visible and their customer service was not helpful at all. Reach out to them right after i placed the order because they don't provide the delivery time until after placing order and it was going to be during a time i was going to be out of town, so i wanted to cancel, but they said they couldn't cancel membership or help in *** way at all even though i reach out right after placing the order , and it did not impact their business. In my opinion this is very deceitful and they are trying to scam money out of people.

      on 10/25/24, I tried to Cancel everything w/ Jenny Craig. Their website didn't allow me to Cancel, so I chose an option to Change my Plan and I was going to change it to NO PLAN. Right away I see a charge hit my card in the amount of *****. So I called to let them know I tried to CANCEL and this is what happened, only to be told, Sorry this is non refundable. How can they not refund me if I do not want the subscription nor do I want to get any more *******. My aunt is ill and I will be traveling to visit with her and needed to cancel completely. I called several times and one person said she would get me a refund but then said sorry, it's non refundable. How can they ROB me of this money? I want them to know they cannot do this. I have a dispute open with my CC now and if they do not do the right thing, I will cancel my card with them also. This is FRAUD!!!!!!!!!

      I prepaid for 8 weeks of diet food to be delivered every 2 weeks. The first delivery came at the beginning of this month for 2 weeks supply and then they tried to charge me for the second delivery again. After texting with no resolution I have no food for last 2 weeks of the month. When I texted today they said they could start the second delivery and expect it next month. The sandwiches all were in broken pieces and no resolution. After they got my texts I was mysteriously disconnected from the conversation. I attempted to get a refund for the next 3 shipments and they refused. A calorie controlled diet is not going to work when it only ships 2 weeks of food for a month at time.
