    Since 02/2023 I have noticed that my phone number was blocked / restricted from being able to reach my on duty security guard on duty. I live in a HOA and my dues pay for these services and Im a loyal homeowner whos lived here for 13 years and I take pride in my home and always watch out for myself and everyone around me 24/7 as if each home was filled with my love ones I call the number for assistance and get their voicemail instantly after trying back to back to back to assure maybe its not a busy line etc I use *67 and then the number and what do you know the phone now *********** am able to reach the guard on duty wow isnt that something so now my help is delayed past the delay they already sadly provide the community due to every excuse under the sun from under staffing to breaks and so on I addressed this with their management and nothing was done I had an issue at **** and extended delay due to number blocked and when I called dispatch the person who picked up was the same guard that is on duty here over an hour away from station/dispatch and on top of that I was made aware by this person that he is the supervisor on duty and the dispatcher and also our guard for the night and all those hats on one head AFTER WORKING A FULL SHIFT DURING THE *** IN ******** PRIOR TO GRAVEYARD SHIFT IN ****** SO THIS COMPANY NOT ONLY IS SCAMMING MY COMMUNITY BY TAKING OUR MONEY AND PROVIDING FRUSTRATING ADDITIONAL ISSUES FOR ** BUT IS BREAKING ********** LABOR LAWS clearly no wonder why the services we are receiving are close to nothing at all we can create a neighborhood watch and show this shameful business what it looks like to have integrity and actually work and care for the ones paying your check DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY U WILL BE VERY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED THEY DONT CARE AND HIRE GUARDS THAT ARE **** POOR IGNORANT AND DO NOTHING AT ALL GET PAID TO SLEEP AND BE UNPROFESSIONAL HOW SAD GET IT TOGETHER THIS IS ROBERY AT ITS FINEST THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED
