    Complete scam! We ordered an arrangement for my daughters father's funeral and were notified by email 3 hours before the funeral that they could not find a florist in our area and would be refunding our money. I called the next day and they said they attempted to call, which is a lie, and the real reason is because they had a lower price on their website than our florists would complete the order for. We did receive a refund but that was all, they would do nothing else. Do not order from this company!

    I think this website is some kind of scam. I ordered flowers on Sept 30th 2024 and paid extra for next day delivery (Oct 1, 2024). The flowers were not delivered. I called the next morning and spoke to a customer service ******** gave me a new confirmation number. I waited all day and my friend didn't receive her flowers again! I went onto my ****** account and can now see that they not only charged me for the first order but also tried charging me for a second! The second charge is currently pending but I feel that is what they do... they get your initial order, and then when you call they charge you again for a second order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
