Tru Technical signed an agreement with our company for a Market Development Program on 8/18/2022 End date 8/18/2023 with a 180-day review at 2/17/2023. They were to pay us $3,500.00 a month, at the beginning of each month for services to be rendered. We received their first payment late and started the calling program. We purchased licensing and accounts for our representative to begin calling on their behalf. We continued to call for them while awaiting the next month's payment, we were told several times it was in the mail, it was sent on Sept. 29th they said however it arrived on Oct. 19th, with a post mark Oct. 17th, at that time they had cancelled the check because we were told it must have been lost and they would send a new one along with a second check for November because we require payment at the 1st of the month in order to call on the program. I followed up when those checks did not arrive again I was told they were in the mail and must be lost again. During this time they also informed us they were no longer going to use our services even though they are under contract until February, in Feb they can cancel but per the terms they signed they can not cancel until then. We are asking that they pay the 2 months we were told checks were in the mail and a breach of contract fee to cover our expenses. A total of $7000.00
