On July 10, 2022 I made an online purchase of: ************************** Home Design with Landscaping & Decks 10 - ************************* Instant Makeover 2.0 - Download Extended Download The total charged *************************** Invoice Number : ********** The software would not display dialog boxes properly on ************* laptop and as a result was basically useless. After 2 weeks of trying to make it work, and having only slight success, I decided the software was not suitable for my application. On July 25, 2022 I sent Nova Development an email requesting a refund under the terms of their warranty, and included a copy of the invoice as well as the filled-out "Letter of Destruction for Nova Development ****** per their instructions on the website. As requested, I destroyed all electronic copies of the software and documentation. There was no response either to the original email on July 25, nor to follow-up emails on July 29 and August 1. All emails were sent to **************************** from my same email address shown on the invoice. Also, I have received nearly daily marketing emails for the company's various products.Business Response

Received a voucher for free 1 year membership and then was charged for the full membership one week later. No response from email after waiting a week, call Center is closed so can't call to get refund and there customer service makes you buy credits to speak with them online!!!Business Response

On 4//9/22 I purchased Scrapbook Factory Deluxe 5.0 from Nova Development on their online order site. They charged my PayPal credit card for $47.99 at that time. Since that date I have received no shipping or tracking information nor have I received the product. Ordered Virtual Architect Professional Home Design 10 software 17th April 2022. Software was unstable on my system and crashed repeatedly. After working then restarting a project several times to explore various glitches and interface learning curve issues - I came to the conclusion that this software was not for me. I attempted to contact nova development for their 90 day moneyback guarantee via customer service on 23-April, uninstalled and deleted the software and sent them the "destruction record" they have on their website on 29-April. I've yet to receive any acknowledgement. I noted online numerous cases where this has occurred and was only resolved by involving the BBB, hence my request for assistance to resolve this.Business Response
