    My tank was nearly empty when I purchased 87 octane regular fuel from the pump on the southmost side of the facility. The pump was pumping incredibly slowly and took much longer than normal to fill my tank. This also occured with other customers at the pump I was using and at other pumps. Immediately after leaving, my car starting driving shakily and jerking. When idling the RPMs dropped to 0 and the car stopped, putting me in an unsafe position on a busy road. I was able to get my car to a mechanic, Berkeley Auto Repair, who have taken a sample of the gas and determined it to be contaminated with water. This resulted in a $500 bill for a diagnostic, dropping my fuel tank, disposing of the bad gas, and refilling my tank.

    On August 24th, 2023 at approximately 2:45 PM, I went to Berkeley Green Smog Check to get a DMV required smog check for my ** vehicle registration. The attendant filled out a form, which I signed and provided personal information (Name, Address, Phone, Car License Plate Number). After I signed, I remembered I had a coupon and asked if I could apply it to the bill. The attendant refused to alter the form or accept the coupon and claimed the form was a "state contract." I asked him to void the contract. He refused. I left without services rendered or payment offered and fulfilled my smog check requirement at another business. I would like Berkeley Green Smog Check to void the contract and to erase any of my information from their system. I am lodging this complaint to have a filed report.
