    Date 12/24/2023 Called to add ******* to my Roku subscription Took my credit card number and I did get someone else's fubo account in *********. I live in ************ and did not get regional sports channels. On bank statement it reads Tech Support This is a scam and they got me. Look out for broken English speaking scammers.

    I was trying to log into my Hulu account and since I temporarily forgot my password, I decided to log in with another device. I then got on my cell phone and went to www.hulu.com/activate. I entered the code that was displayed on my TV. At that time, the system told me to call a number to get my account reactivated. The number at that time was ************. I got a person on the phone who was trying to sell me on a one time $40 activation fee. I did give him my card # and my personal information. However, he then said that he would text me a contract and I needed to sign it so that it would be taken care of. At this point, I was suspicious and when I read the contract, I noticed that it did not have anything to do with Hulu. So, I told the person that I would not be signing this and that I did not want to continue. After arguing with me for a few minutes, I hung up. This person, ****, gave me his phone number as ************ and his extension is ****. He called me back about 20 minutes later from this number ************. I told him that I would not agree to the charge and I would seek further action should this charge be made. This morning, April 10, 2023, I called the number at 8:46 am to tell them that I was disputing the charge and they needed to reverse the charge. The girl on the phone said that extension *******************************************************************************
