    There **************** in the sales department is horrible... one they never answer the phone and then two, they feel the need to give you all this direction on how to become a livescan tech, we didnt ask for that. We asked for a quote on the equipment. Lastly they ask for your PSP, why? What if we don't choose to use this company???? I'm sorry, I don't get it. Alot of time wasting if you ask me.

    Went to *** to have my fingerprints done to get a fingerprint card. *** directed me to register with Certifix to make my appointment. The machine at the *** store was super glitchy, kept freezing, had to be restarted, and I had to do my prints over again about 10 times per finger. It took forever and was obnoxious. I received my printed fingerprints in the mail a few days later but turns out they just print your fingerprints?? Don't submit them for fingerprint card processing, nothing. Just literally print them and mail them to you. I asked the customer service rep on the phone what the point of the service was then and he didn't answer but offered me a refund which I could only get once I mailed my prints back. WTF.

    Certifix Live scan Fingerprinting, is a must user company and lie to customers and partnership association, I was partnership with a Certifix Live scan Fingerprint, I couldn't be able to finishing my pay to Certifix, every month I receive the same bills over and over, I had over make a payment to certifix, the are close my partnership account since beginning of July, with the policy procedure you must pay $70 adjustment fee per monthly even you have a customer or don't have any customers, after there are close my account and lock my account there are still change my bank account, customer always have a problem to receiving the fingerprint reports from FDLE, AHCA, most of the time after I had complete fingerprint for a customer I had receive a call from must of my customer saying there employer are couldn't be able find there report from Certifix company, I have to refund most the customer money, when I have to complaint them what's going on, there are still's not refund no money to me or to customer back as a refund. even I dont have any account ******************** the billing department are still charge my account in still now. I will like to complaint fraud about certifix and I'm not there only one who about certifix.
