    I had a terrible experience with this company, bad enough that, after paying $60 for service and online notaries, I cancelled the service. Their instructions are incomplete, and communications is terrible. I mailed the required **** forms to them. They rejected the forms because of missing information, but they did not inform me. After a few days I called to check the status. After waiting on the line for a while they instructed me to leave a message. They never returned my call. I called again the next two days with the same results. I then sent an email and got a reply telling me that my forms had been rejected. A few days after submitting the forms through their online service, I received a notification that the forms were accepted. Then, a week later, the received an email telling me that I had to submit a change of address form to the post office. This was a surprise. I canceled the *****************

    Won't take a debt card as payment, has my new driver's license and blood pressure pills locked up and new bank cards in route, Ugly summer vacation, now no car to get to and pay cash. Need these documents, legal and Medical is a 90 day supply, I m almost out.Great service, hangup and won't answer

    Pretty seemless until third party notary came in to play; they seemed a bit unprofessional toward the end of our virtual interview yet, it all worked out in the end. With that said, it's so far so good. Thank you for the service PostScan!
