I never signed up for this account. They have no record of my email address or name on file but somehow they have my banking information that I no longer use. I randomly signed in just to make sure it was ok and I noticed a charge each month starting in October 2024. I immediately reached out to them. They told me they couldnt find any record of me so therefore they could not do anything. I said youre charging my account I need a manager. They said they took note and will have someone reach out to me. This has been almost two weeks and no one has reached out to me. I have sent 8 emails already demanding resolution with no response. I have fees from not having funds in my account and they just charged me again March 27 2025. I just want my money back and for them to stop charging me!Business Response

I was charged $29.99 for a ThinkIQAcademy membership I never consented to. In fact, I purposefully elected to not commit to a membership but to do a one-time $1 IQ test. I have contacted on January 27th for a refund and again on January 29th and have not received a response or a reimbursement.Business Response

I signed up for a $1, one time charge for an IQ test with my friend, we made sure to uncheck the "subscribe box" on both computers, I then was charged $60.00 two days after being charged the $1, I called and waited their "5-10" days and have called probably 20 times to get my money back and they say they filed a request to get my money back but say they dont have access to who they are filing a request to. They say they have no phone number or email to reach the team who deals with refunds, in other words, there is no refunding team at all. Then today I got a warning from my bank they are trying to charge me $30 again randomly. ALL THEIR REVIEWS EXPLAIN THE SAME SITUATION.Business Response
