This company removed two damaged saguaros on 8-22-2023; I gave one of the workers a check for the balance of $1310; neither of us noticed that it was unsigned. The next day he called to say the bank would not cash it without a signature, and had kept the check, so I wrote another one. In Feb 2024 while doing tax prep I discovered there were two checks for that amount--on different monthly statements so I didn't notice at the time. I notified the company and sent proof of the issue. The first response I got was that the bank owed me. Later the owner agreed to send a check; when it had not arrived in a reasonable time (not in the mailbox and it didn't show up on the **** InformedDelivery app), I contacted her and she claimed her employee had taken it to the post office to mail. Then she said she didn't want to use a check because she had had fraud on the account, could she pay by credit card (no way for us to do this). I offered to go to her office to get a check and she said she'd arrange that. Or meet her at their bank. No result. We discussed transfer via Zelle and I sent the information to her office. No result. She offered to give cash at her office--but then didn't arrange. Another time she said she was waiting for a large payment. I have called numerous times, left voice mails, texted --without result. Note: The bank (which should have called me when they got the check) said they kept the unsigned one, and several days later they compared it to the second check and saw it wasn't fraud and processed it. They said there wasn't anything they could do because it wasn't fraud. I request an exception on the time limit--I wasn't aware of the problem for months, and the company has not cooperated despite my many phone, email, text, and voicemail messages with them, and being flexible on a way to make the refund. I have tried--please help me get my refund. This is not the service I expect from an A+ rated company. Please help me resolve this.

Never received payment for the difference of work done for the amount of cactus purchased by Az Cactus and Tree Service. See attached receipt. They owe me $77.00 per agreement for the cactus Patricia purchased from us. She moved 1 cactus to another area in yard and removed a stump but it has now started to grow back. Have contacted the company since June regarding the monies owed from them. They just never get back or send a check.
