    After years of them refusing to follow the payment schedule set by them in the contract, and charging me for any overages caused by their late extraction of funds from my account, I finally changed ISPs. I canceled my service and today they called to schedule a time to have a tech come and take down their equipment from the roof, they were to call first. We agreed on next week Monday afternoon. today is Friday, randomly we hear footsteps on the roof. The tech decided that even though he saw we had scheduled for Monday, he was just going to help himself to my property without permission, outside of the scheduled time. No apologies, just fast on the roof and then gone in minutes. This scared my wife and dogs, ****** me off and violated my family and me. I have no love for this company after years of abuse and un-necessary overages. The service fails way too often, speeds are not always as advertised, and they do little to address any of these issues.
