      This company is not reputable. They sent us a refurbished product that was in excellent condition. The product did not work as promised. They sold through ******. ****** tried to reach out, I tried to call them directly. We did not receive any response regarding the bad product. When we went directly to the manufacturer (*****) they told us the product had been in for the same repairs 6 months prior and had not been repaired. It has been a week and they continue not to return calls or exchange/replace the item. (A phone)

      I don’t know who is this person? We never sell anything online. We are software company and not a seller of any product or have any Amazon seller account! This is fraudulent review!
