    We purchased a security system from Smart Tech Security, LLC. Install start date was 5/8/23 and scheduled to take 6 hrs. Actual time to install cameras and equipment was 3 business days. Two of the four security cameras installed are not working, in addition, there are still holes that need to be patched, areas that need caulking and paint touch up. Have been reaching out to *****************/Owner of Smart Tech Security, LLC. for 5 weeks at the phone number provided to us by Smart Tech Security, LLC. . Each time we call, it gets routed to a 3rd party/Ruby Receptionist, they put us on hold, they try to call ****, and they come back and tell us repeatedly that **** is not available but they will get a message to him and that **** will call us back. They log the calls in their system. We have not received a callback from **** to date, 6/19/23. We paid $2100.00 for a service that is not complete and half of the security system still does not work. Smart Tech Security, LLC. /***************** has no intention of getting back to us given that it's been 5 wks and we haven't heard from him.
