    Received phone call from the company with deceiving information, caller was extremely rude and unproffessional. But, I guess that scamming doesn't require kindness. Caller didn't state where she was calling from although I asked many times. Instead kept pushing me to confirm bank statements and transactions. Used lies stating her company's job is to make sure our company is compliant and scare tactics stating we will be aquire fees if i don't give her the information she is asking for. Again, this whole time without identifying the company she represents or what they're real purpose is. This is a major scam waiting to happen. False claims and representation masked by arrogance and rude comments to scare you into feeling like you must give them what they ask for.

    This business called our phone 8 times in a row while our office was having phone issues so calls were being disconnected. The representative was extremely rude and condescending when she left 3 messages telling us "Wow, you're not very bright!" The representative who didn't even state where she was calling from or her name should be terminated!! Such unprofessionalism!!

    This is runndeptaing the age old scam of calling unsuspecting merchants and claiming the are their processor from "merchant services" or a "3rd party PCI Help Desk" so that they can get the merchant to send statement and other financials in order to set them up witha Statement Review Group merchant account. It is deceptive and they lye to the merchant as I listend in to my merchant as they lied to him today.
