      Do not trust this company! They hired us to do computer work on their behalf for a company here in *********, **. After getting the job approved and submitting an estimate, as well as on-site approval for every step we did, they still refuse to pay us for fixing a computer network. They claim it was misdiagnosed. Which is true, however it was misdiagnosed because their network schematic was outdated and incorrect. There is no way of knowing what is going on without a proper network schematic. Once I told them that and also went through the trouble of tracing and fixing all the lines, and creating a new network schematic, they declined to pay for it and they also declined to pay for the job at all. All we have received was $160 diagnostic fee. We didnt get paid for any of the parts or labor we put into this project and they took the credit and assumably payment for it. Its now been over three months and they ignore our emails and phone calls. I just want to get paid for the project we completed successfully on their behalf.
