    We went with champion windows because we thought they would be professional and not have any major issues even though they were not the cheapest to ***lace all our windows and sliding glass door. Their scheduling team was a mess. They would schedule their contractors for times that wouldn't make sense for Az they also didn't communicate properly with them. Our windows didn't get finished in one day because the miscommunication. They did the exact same thing other companies had complaints about. Scheduling was bad to get them out the second time. The scheduling company wouldn't take yhe blame for their bad scheduling and blamed the contractors. My husband had to go back and forth with scheduling and the contractors until they finally set a more reasonable date for them to complete our windows that were exposed from the outside. The windows were finally installed and looked very nice. I walked through with the contractors and a piece was bent for my sliding door. It was ordered and received calls about it. When it arrived, we had a lot of phone tag issues because the *** was unavailable after I got off of work. After 4 weeks or so of this we finally scheduled a time. The time came and went and no one showed. I've been calling the supervisor to get it rescheduled and no call back.

    They replaced Windows and a sliding door and left huge gaping holes on my house! Not one window was done right! Weve been complaining and calling since March. They were ordered in January! Storms are coming in and dirt, bugs, scorpions plus the heat! Its the worst work Ive ever seen or heard of! They came out 3 times! Tge last time they tried to look like they came out then left but we let them know we saw them on camera. Heard them. The ************* ( who has been rude and argumentative with us) came back. They see the problems and admitted to it. Said they would fix it. That was in July! They made an appointment to fix it and canceled! This keeps happening. I can see they lie and have no intention of fixing this! My next step is the **** And a lawsuit! I want it fixed the 26th like they said and I do not want **** or *** here. I also insist on money back for the problem and headache they have caused plus caused damage to my health and home!
