5 starsTop-notch company and service. *****, the Irrigation Specialist came out to address some issues and went above and beyond making things right. He worked four hours in the rain until he was satisfied that everything was perfect. So professional and nice. He followed up with us the next day to see how system was working. I would recommend Chips Tree Service for any tree ***** removal! The men were friendly, and courteous, and provided excellent work beyond my expectations. I will contact them again in the future if I have any further tree service needs. Thank you!

1 starI guess I missed the reviews on this company, I checked all the other ones. ****** learned. I hired this company to trim and thin three trees. Gave 1/2 up front and not by choice. Although they did a great job on the trees, they destroyed everything else. Had to replace three sprinklers, one broken pipe and one solar light. They knew they broke it and left it on the sidewalk for us. They let the tree trimmings fall on my bushes and kill them. I called to complain. Was told that an appointment was made for the next day for the Project Manager to contact me and to send photos. I sent the photos the next day, never received a phone call. I will never ever use this company again, the customer service absolutely is non existent. I like the salesman, who said to call him anytime but when I did he did not answer, his name was ****. So if he shows up, lock the door because you will not get what you pay for! They need to be removed from Angies List, I am not a member so I can't leave a bad review there but will everywhere else I can think of.Review fromSuzie B

1 starHeavy pressure sales by ********. Customer unhappy with office miscommunication between office and workers. Rude and inflexible and over bearing to customer (me) when attempting to fix the issue or reach a compromise. Will not have them back. Workmanship not up to par or done properly.Review fromHAROLD B.

1 starclassic bait and switch.they came out and gave me an estimate.took 1/2 deposit , they finally arrived 25 days later and worked 2 hours and said they did not charge enough. wanted to add 900 dollars to the **** I declined that extra charge , they kept most of the deposit for the 2 hours they were there. I would never recommend a company that operates that way .
