    On October 12th 2024 I called the company about their washing machine breaking and I needed a refund. Called them again since I didnt receive the refund and while on the phone I had an issue with the dryer. The woman was supposed to put in a refund for the dryer, but never did. Ive been waiting for 3 1/2 months and every time I call them they just keep saying they are going to escalate the problem, but it never gets resolved. I requested a card refund instead of a check because it would cost me more to get to my bank to cash the check than the refund.Since my request the prices have increased on both the washer and dryer and receiving the card wont do me any good because I would be 50 cents short.

    I tried to use an air pump at a local QuikMart. The pump station is run by CSC Serviceworks. Their information is on a label on the pump. After inserting credit card I discovered the pump did not have a nozzle on it that would allow me to pump up my tire.I filed a claim to get refunded the fee charged to my credit ******* visit to the pump was in July 2024. I have been corresponding back and forth with the 'Customer **********************' email since that time and still have not received a refund.

    Literal garbage when it comes to servicing the machines.I have been battling it out with them for weeks now, submitting multiple service requests a week. The machine is constantly broken, they come out after I submit a request, but it's never fixed even though they like to email me that it *****'s almost always full of water, the screen and/or power on the machine itself goes in and out, causing it to not register the quarters put in, eating the money in the process. I requested a refund through the OPTION AVAILABLE ON THEIR WEBSITE, and they won't even respond.I have no idea how they are still in business. It's complete ******** that we can't even have a functioning washer. Dryer works, but no washer for 4+ weeks. Pretty sure they're still getting paid for all that time that we can't use the ONLY washer we have from them. It's not like we have multiple.I would love to know what exactly these people are reporting to have serviced and or fixed, because that information is never provided. Customer ********************** literally can't do anything except submit another **** service request, or tell me, "There is already a pending one", which yeah, I just did that before I called... Customer ********************** emailed me back once, only to tell me that they "don't have that address in the system"... really? In the stupid emails they send saying it's fixed, I sure see our address on them..Pretty sure I see every time they send someone to "service" the problem..

    CSC ServiceWorks is the shadiest company. Aside from the thousands of dollars in damaged possessions due to their complete negligence but its been 7 months and I still cant close my account because of a refund request that has been getting processed since March. My most recent surprise was when I found out I was the victim of a data breach, despite never being notified by ***. Like this company is actively ruining my life and then they turn around and have their lead counsel accuse me of lying. Yeah, Im doing all this for my own personal enjoyment. Someone needs to shut this company down already. Theyre stealing from their customers.
