    On September 11, I decided to sell my Apple iPhone SE to *******. I sent the phone on September 12th, 2024. The phone was received on October 3 by Gazelle. I have contacted Gazelle several time and have been told that they send the gift card to someone else.     Motorized shade does not come down all the way when the wind is blowing at 7 mph . There is nothing in their litterateurs that states that this is a problem , they go up in the wind but not down all the way . I called them ***** 2024 they took the information and I have herd no response , called again 1-22-2024 we will see what happens If there is no response and they cannot fix the problem I will see them in court
