    Best warranty service I have ever seen in a company...Originally ordered rubber coating & sent it in for cerokote because after about 4 years, some of the rubber peeled. Sent it in with prepaid return & got it back in 2 days beautifully finished with no charge because they felt original coating should have lasted longer. Love this knife & backed by professionals. *********************, *******, **

    Purchased this knife on November 2022. Nice knife light and appeared reliable so I decided to give it a shot over Benchmade or Microblade. BIG mistake!!!!The knife was on my vest for most of the time and when the time came to use it, the thing did not close. I have to put it in my pocket with the blade not properly in since I had to keep moving. Later I noticed that unless you orient the knife up to close it and down to open it, it won't lock in place leaving the blade loose.I called the company who tried to make me pay for the shipping. Finally they agreed on honor the warranty. I received the knife back and noticed that nothing was fixed. Half of the time it doesn't open unless you point the knife down to open it and up to close it, to have gravity assist. If you forget to do that, the knife won't close or open properly.Don't throw your money away. Pay a little more and get a real knife from a reputable company.
