      Seller has not made agreed upon refund after return of items with proof of delivery from **** of receipt of returned item.Seller no longer responds to emails regarding refund Have provided seller with documentation, pictures, emails in support of my claim Seller agreed to refund my money as original item were poorly packaged and were made of solid glass and arrived damaged.The original item was returned via **** with return label provided by seller.The seller provided a incorrect label for the return of the original damaged item which delayed the whole transaction and I had to prove to the seller that he provided the incorrect return label, the seller acknowledged their mistake and sent the replacement.The replacement was an inferior item made of tin and plastic and came in a box labeled as a refurbished product.I informed the seller this is not what I ordered the original item was solid glass and the refurbished plastic and tin replacement was not acceptable.The seller agreed to refund $99.99 upon return of the replacement item.Item was returned with tracking and delivery confirmation thru ****.Seller no longer responds to emails and has not issued agreed upon refund of $99.99 I have all receipts pictures and emails that support my claim
