    Inept. Inept. Inept. Cant count on them for anything but package shuffling. Everything wrong in the span of a week: 1) We signed up for a PO Box, paying $125 and still havent received the .keys to access it. Were told only one person can make the keys and that person is never there. 2) we were never offered the Key Benefits discount membership thats supposed to come with PO mailbox subscription 3) I submitted a print job online, site said it was due to be printed by 3:00 the next day. It was never printed. Were told only the manager can login to print jobs, yet the system already took my $3 payment. 4) we went to notarize a document. AFTER notarizing, the guy went to charge us $20. It was NEVER mentioned before the notary process he planned to charge $20. Other places notarizing is FREE. Its not right to ambush customers with charges that were never mentioned before or posted anywhere.
