      I worked for ACT security from October of 2022 through December of that same year. I was indoctrinated into their company after my company lost the contract at ******** natures med dispensary and I was unfortunate enough to know ********************* (owner). I am a current member of the US Naval Reserves working out of ******************, and while that *** seem like something that would improve a resume, to ********************* that did not. Time and time again I was being told that my absence would not go unpunished or unnoticed even when given proper documentation and notice of my MILITARY DRILL periods. The management at nature's medicine loved me because I did a stand up job, but as soon as I got on the bad side of another "guard" he employed, I was of course falsely accused of abusing company time simply to squash a dispute that was in my favor. ********************* not only then proceeded to fire me due to my military service but also due to a fractured hand I had gotten outside of company time. The owner is not human. He is a twisted corporate ******************* that takes from his employees and clients and gives to himself and his company. When I was suspended the same day I broke my hand (even after acquiring a doctors note) i was shocked, but even more so when I was fired a week after not working for "mandatory liquidation of employment". There is a coincidence there that many would find intriguing. Long review summarized: ********************* will fire you for missing a shift regardless of your duty to your country or your wellbeing. He's mistreated multiple employees and continues to run a sub-par operation and ACT security is under an official watch list within the Naval ************************** located in *******. Run far away from this company.
