    We had an appt with this co 3/19/24. We signed a contract and wrote a check for half the amount of two doors. We were told that three days after the appt the doors would be ordered and that the drs would be ready to install in 3 wks after the 3day waiting period. No contact was made by the co after the initial appt. After 3 wks, I called the co and they told me that the install crew got Covid and could not install doors. ***** told me that they were very backed up because of their one install crew having Covid. I waited for another wk. I called them again. This time they told me that their crew had a big siding job and they would get to us when they could. I mentioned the crew having Covid was the issue. He said oh yea that too. Now we are over 2 mths out from the original date . Any communication between the co and myself has been initiated by me. They decided to set an install date after I called several more times. The install date was supposed to happen on 5/21/24 ***** told me that they had one other install and then they would come. No one called me the morning of the install or the evening before. I had no idea what time the install crew would be here. Finally I called the store and they said that they should be there around 3 PM. That was not going to be enough time before I had to leave my home. We are nervous about Service after the sale with this co going forward. These doors are guaranteed as is the labor. If there is anything wrong with the installation or doors we will have to go through this co. We know that we will get the same treatment. I spoke with **** on Tuesday, May 21 and he said that he would speak with the owner and they would issue a refund. However, on Wednesday, 5/22***** called me and said he was sorry that I couldn’t be there for the installation And can we set something else up? I told him what **** and I had discussed and he said he didn’t know about that. This co has horrible communication and cannot keep their stories straight.

    I have spoken with ***** and offered to credit the amount she paid for the front storm door and installation. She agreed with this.
