      I am writing this to report FRAUD. I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Mr. ****** "*****" ******** of Allen's Landscaping and Tree Service, or Nature Pro, or Heart of Valley Tree Service and Landscaping (not sure which is accurate). He contacted me through ******* List under "******* Landscaping" last Saturday when I put in search to get a simple project done. He showed up on Monday and asked for $2200 to order the supplies. I received a generic invoice from "Nature Pro." I asked for a hard project completion date of Thursday 16 JAN, but no later than Friday 17 JAN. ***** several back and forth attempts to get it done, and re-arranging my work schedule, I received nothing but excuses. Either deliveries are late, or trucks are broken, or people have COVID, all within the span of four days. He refuses to reimburse the full amount for the job he never did , only a partial amount. He still owes me ***** for the materials. He did not deliver them to my home and he insisted that he did or someone to deliver the rocks, WHICH THERE IS NO PROOF OF ANY DRIVER OR SUPPLIES delivered I have neighbors and my ring cam to prove that . I caught him in to many lies , first he had the supplies, then the drivers truck broke down so supplies were delayed , then his crew caught COVID. Turns out he has done this many times, to many people in and around *******, I read all the reviews from HEART OF THE VALLEY where they stated similar issues. I ask the local residents, the *************************, and the Alabama business entities for consumer protection, the Better Business Bureau, and law enforcement agencies to finally stop this individual. Go look up HEART OF THE VALLEY Landscaping in **********, **.

      Mr. ********* dba Heart of the Valley Tree Service and Landscaping, was retained to do extensive tree branch and landscape material removal, The quoted price included removal of job related debris and materials, Mr ******** claimed to have arranged with the City of ********** to remove the debris as part of their weekly trash removal. The City of ********** declined to remove the material. Upon notification Mr ******** claimed he had arranged with a private firm to remove the debris but it did not occur. With Mr ********** concurrance and assurance he woulld pay for the service, I arranged to have the material moved at my expense as I had already received 2 notices from the City of ********** concerning this matter. ************************* that he had sent a check by mail proved untrue. When informed of the mail situation Mr. ******** agreed to deliver payment directly to our house on Tuesday, November12, 2024. This has not occurred and he has ceased responding to text messages and voice mail.
