      Used to order all the time from the previously-named Filters Now and was always happy. Recently tried them again & they've changed to *************. First order was wrong -- I got filters that were too large. Turns out, they were mislabeled with stickers over the size printed on the frame. And neither the printed size nor the sticker over it were the actual size of the filters. They quickly sent out the correct replacements. Very next order, it's been stuck at "processing" for 2 weeks. **************** cites "unusually high volume of orders, longer than usual processing times." Recommend to avoid.

      I used to get my filters from filters now online. They referred their customers recently to **********************. My first order went fine. My second order did not. The filters were too large. When I called to tell them about my issue, they told me that they would not refund my payment, nor would they exchange the filters for the correct size. Their reasoning was that it was a custom order and I had placed it online. They lost me a customer.

      Their unsubscribe link at the bottom of the spam they send takes the user to a broken page.h t t p s : / / *****************************/preferences/backup The tactic of putting in the unsubscribe link in the email, but making sure it is broken, seems to be spreading.
