ADMIRAL ENFORCEMENT II, L.L.C (ENTITY ID NUMBER *********** / ALBAMA SECRETARY OF STATE)*********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Immobilisation no; ******* Boot Serial no; 1827 On August 02, 2024, I parked my rental car in a space with handicapped parking to go on a paid tour, came back to find a boot on my rental car. Our car was transporting 2 Disabled Veterans, a 2 year old and a ****************************************************************** to pay $150.86 to release this boot. We were also forced to stand in the heat of 102 degrees and continued to call this company while no one answered the call. They only showed up after I paid this ticket to release this boot. This all sounds illegal. How can you boot a car with a handicapped placard on it in a handicapped parking area? I am demanding my money back for this illegal boot of $150.86

MY ARGUEMENT IT HOW DO YOU KNOW IT WAS DAMAGED UNLESS YOU TRY TO REMOVE IT. AGAIN SHE REFUSED. AFTER ME ASKING SEVERAL MORE TIMES, I FINALLY PAID THE $200. SHE THEN REMOVED THE **** WITH NO PROBLEM. SHE ALSO SAID 'YOU KNOW OWN THE ****, IF THE *** DOESN'T WORK, IT'S MY RESPONSIBILITY TO GET IT OFF. SHE ALSO REFUSED TO KET ME THE *** TO THE ****.        have heard back from Adimral Enforcement but they didn't understand my complaint. I understand i'm resposible for the parking fine and i have not problem paying that.

My problem is having to pay for a boot they said i damaged. The agent said it was damaged because i rolled over it. the locking mechanism could possible be damged. I asked her to try the key to see if it worked, but she refused. the locking mechanism is encased on in steel. She unlocked with no problem.

I'm asking for my $200 to be refunded. Not the $100 parking violation.

Hello BBB. I'm look for some assistance regarding this matter. This event happened on 31 March 2023. I have tried many avenues to contact them with no success. I am including my message I sent to them to appeal the situation. "Good Afternoon. We didn't intend to park in this lot for free. It was my friend and I first time in *********** and we pulled into the PREMIUM PARKING location (#***). We noticed that a couple was having a hard time with the nearest machine so I went to the nearest pay machine that didn't have anybody using it. Unknowingly, I payed at the wrong kiosk that was for a different lot. We are not used to big parking lots being controlled by different companies so we assumed the the kiosk which i used serviced all the parking spots in the area. To help our case, I have attached a ticket stub showing that are intentions were to use the lot and pay for our spot. Thank you for your time and have a great weekend." I want to add that there are no signs signifying that the other portion of the lot was through a different company. It's literally cement bollards with a low hanging chain connecting each of them. In addition, I have called the City Hall and they said that have received numerous complaints about the same exact parking lot
