    The security staff is very ill informed here and they do a horrible job of informing carriers about the correct way to interact with the warehouse personnel at this facility. BOLs and other information are handled improperly due to employees that are improperly trained. This causes carriers many problems that are unneeded with the staff due to their own ignorance of how to interact, communicate, and help those that are trying to help them when unloading which makes it impossible to provide them with good customer service because the staff themselves are a******* to the people that are trying to serve them and bring them products.
