      No stars for my recent experience with Porsche Bethesda, a Sonic ************* Took my 911 in for service to top that was inoperable. Took the dealer 3 months to fix the problem which turned out to be a faulty motor. The same motor this dealer replaced less than 12 months earlier. Calls and texts for updates went unanswered. I was overcharged by $1000 for labor that should have been covered under the part warranty. I was promised a water test would be performed as part of the repair which never happened. When I finally picked up the car there was water in the rear passenger footwell. Unfortunately, some repairs can only be performed by the dealer. Based on this experience, I never want to take my car to this dealer again. Car was sold 2 days after I got it back. I relayed my experience to CEO of Sonic Automotive (parent company of Porsche Bethesda) and Porsche ************* and have received no response. **** to know that corporate cares so little about its customers. Buyer beware!

      This review applies to BMW of Birmingham. I cant even begin to describe how horrible and unprofessional this dealership is. I live in ******** but was interested in a 2023 car at their location. I chatted online about warranty and availability. I made an appointment to test drive this vehicle. I texted back and forth with a representative and asked them to please let me know if the vehicle sells before I get there because Im driving a good distance to look at it. No problem! **** confirmed my appt. I arrive at the lot and drove to look at this vehicle I notice the lights are on and someone was in it and thought OKsomeone from the lot is bringing it to the front for me to test drive. I go in and am forwarded to a sales rep. **** are also speaking with another client. I give them my name, tell them I have an appointment, what Im looking at and mention that someone was in the vehicle. He goes and checks and another salesperson had giving this vehicle to someone to use as a loan!?? **** were driving the car to do some errands- the salesperson had not bothered to check if the car was reserved! **** didnt try to call this person to bring the car back and have them use another onenothing. As Im on my 1-1/2 drive back home the General Sales Manager calls to apologize and asks if I could come back the next day. Really?! Drive back? No thank you! I think I will definitely take my business somewhere else. I understand why they have a D- rating!

      I leased a new 2022 440i from ******************** *** which is owned by Sonic Automotive - There was a rattling noise coming from the rear of my car so I took it in to ************ *** shop they said there was no noise. I took the car in again and was told that is the way the car sounds when cold. I took the car to another Dealer , ****************** ***, they found the problem said it was missing clips and fastenors on my rear exhaust pipe. They agreed to fix it but said it would cost me $1099 parts and labor. I was not going back to ************ *** because I did not trust their work. They were the only ones who ever worked on the car since it was under warranty. I don't like the way the play with people and not honor their work so they will lose so much more business playing around with me. I have sales agents and represent a local realty board and will tell them how I was treated over something so small. The head service advisor for *** Hills *** rejected my request for reimbursement so I told him your going to lose more sales $$$ next year for this behavior. $1,099 I paid to ****************** *** which I should not have paid. Santa ****** *** Found the problem. I dont have time to play or BS with a large *** Hills Dealer. What goes around comes around. *************************************** *********** Broker

      North ************ does not stand behind their work. After performing fuel system service, my out of warranty 2017 F150 had a fuel leak. I scheduled an appointment and received the following response via text: "Hello this is ******* at ******************. I am reaching out about appt to let you know we are pretty backed up in the shop so once you drop off we are 3-4 business days behind looking at cars so will need it that long before I have a diagnoses for you. We also do not have any loaners available." I was already on the road on my way out of state and could not wait, I had another **** dealer repair the vehicle the next day. The other dealer found and photographed the culprit, a damaged o-ring. The service director at ****************** had the following response: "...seals and gaskets do occasionally require repair as they are under pressure in the engine. Thank you for reaching out and have a great weekend. Best Regards, ******************* Parts and Service Director North ************ *********** Tx."North ************ has been unresponsive since.An extensive case was opened with **** Motor Company however, **** Motor Company was only willing to suggest that North ************ operates as a franchisee and has no obligation to either ***************** or their customers.In closing stay far away from ****************** for any service work. I have detailed records.

      The Audi dealership associated with Sonic is absolutely the worst Ive ever dealt with!! They absolutely lied about an issue on a used car I bought and then got mad at the salesman for disclosing this information! ******** was good but this is all about a face to face with the general manager, ***********************. He even at onetime was going to give me my money back and when I asked if they were going to fix the issue before selling to the next customer he said no!! I was like wow yall are as sorry as Ive ever come across with no moral at all!! Now they are fixing the leak but this is an extensive job and from what I have found out will either be done right or cause worse damage later! So Im putting this review out Incase my car isnt fixed right!! All I will say is buyer beware as they will cover up anything especially on used cars!!

      Sonic Automotive is a greedy and unethical company. They shut down my beloved Northwest Motorsport entirely. They are continuing to use the names of the companies they bought out to trick customers into buying from dealerships owned by Sonic Automotive. This isn't right. They laid off over 100 good salesman just to get rich. I am prepared to take action if they chose not to restore Northwest Motorsport. I am done with the lies and gaslighting. I am telling everyone I know to avoid doing business with Sonic Automotive. I am not going to just sit by as this predatory company continues to rob and shut down successful businesses. ENOUGH! RESTORE THE BUSINESSES YOU DESTROYED! YOU DON'T BECOME SUCCESSFUL BY STEALING IT FROM OTHERS! STOP IT! NOW! THIS IS NOT "*******************" BECAUSE IF IT WAS, YOU WOULD HAVE ALLOWED THOSE COMPANIES TO CONTINUE OPERATIONS! I LOVE NORTHWEST MOTORSPORT AND I WILL NOT STOP FIGHTING UNTIL IT IS RESTORED!       Sonic Automotive assaulted in the dealership that I worked for and the fired me because I reported their direct racism towards dark skinned minorities in a contact to not export Range Rovers and Jaguars out of ***************** for profit on the black market. When I found out this was happening I contacted HR and **************************************** fired on September 2nd. I say numerous articles on myself written by the *************** and other papers and magazines. The federal government interviewed me. All (3) employees involved in my termination were terminated by Sonic Corporate Headquarters. ************************* VP, ***************************** HR Director and ********************* GM. My termination illegally was now hidden. All three witnesses were fired by Corporate.*****

      Short version (longer version is on ****** business) is that salesperson ******************* is the absolute worst in the business. Unprofessionalism at its highest form. Only way to negotiate with them is to have a better offer from another dealership- they will reluctantly come down some. I could have saved $1200, and I wish I did. ******************* was extremely rude to my wife and I. I reported the behavior to the sales manager, which Im sure got back to ***. I proceeded to buy the car, and since *** got his feelings hurt by me talking about how bad he sucked, *** retaliated later. He had the audacity to put someone up at the dealership to prank call me for 2 days. I called and left messages for managers to call me back. I told the manager about what happened, and he did not seem to believe me. He wanted proof, so I sent a screenshot of my recent calls, which of coarse proved where the dealership has called me multiple times.I wonder if they will try and make it right? When I told the prank caller not to call me anymore and he called me again this became a CRIME. I have not made a Police Report.yet. Maybe they should give me the money that I would have saved at the other dealership, which is $1,200.**** feelings get hurt because a customer reports how bad he *****, and resorts to prank calling/harassment. This is not the way I expect to be treated after I just dropped 57k at a luxury dealership. I bought the car, contributing to paying everyones salary- including the prank caller and ***! This is far from professional or even respectful treatment from Lexus of Birmingham. This should be a total embarrassment to the *** as well as to ***. I can not believe they allow a person like ******************* to represent their dealership.I guess Lexus of Birmingham is ok with rude salespeople who HARASS PAYING CUSTOMERS! Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with them again, and I hope you wont as well.

      CROOKS! Avoid this business at all cost. This is by far the most shady car dealership I have ever encountered. When they are caught being unethical they become very dismissive and rude. *********************** does not care about the integrity of the business and really needs some lessons is customer service. The shady business probably all starts with him.**** needs to figure out a new career all together.If you want to be screwed and cheated this is definitely the place to go.If not there are PLENTY of places that actually conduct business in an ethical manner.I will never step foot back on this lot and will make sure everyone I know is aware of how this business runs its operation.

      Horrible will lie start to your face to get you to get a car and or upswell you on add ons. Never buy a vehicle here they don’t care about you or helping you. Beware!!!
