    CHIEF TREE SERVICEThese guys sounded good and they came out and gave me an estimate on some work to be done. After a a few days, I recontacted them to tell them I would have them do the job. They agreed and told me that the work would be done on either Thursday, Friday or Monday. On Sunday I asked them to let me know what time they would be at my home on Monday. They responded by telling me that since Monday was a holiday, they would be out on Tuesday. On Tuesday morning they had not arrived, so I contacted them at 9am to ask where they were. They responded by telling me that I should find someone else to do the work. So, after I had cleared my day to have them do the work, they told me to find someone else!No way to run a business!!!

    Chief Residential Outdoor Solutions was an absolute dream to work with. They were ******-on-the-spot as far as being there when the weather finally permitted. They did start and finish in a very timely manner. They climbed the trees and used ropes to lower limbs and trunks to the ground. They did not harm any buildings on the property, and we had trees very close to the house and looming over the house and other structures. They carried all the cut wood off the property. We have a long driveway with a bend in it. They were able to move their truck and the dump trailer up and down the driveway and didn't harm the flowers, bushes or a building that are along the drive. They were all very polite and professional. They are licensed and bonded and furnished me with a copy of same before being hired. I give these people an A+++++ rating. I wanted to make sure they were happy with working with me because I fully intend to have them back for French drainage work, sodding, clean up the flower beds which they will mulch, plant and trim the ******/shrubs. They will also paint the fences and do the necessary repair and pressure washing. If you have a place that needs sprucing up for your own enjoyment, or to sell, these are the people for you!
