  ******! The way they installed the gutters for the 2nd story had no downspouts & was angled towards the front of the house, which, in theory, would allow the rain to overflow at the ends & be captured by the gutters for the 1st floor. However, they improperly installed the gutter flush to the roof & negligently failed to replace the counter flashing they removed when replacing the siding so when it rains moderate to heavy, the gutter that's fit tightly to the roof caused a back-up and because they failed to replace the counter flashing the pooling water was forced under the roof ********** had a rain storm in our house, for hours. Half of our house was taken down to the studs because the water damage was so severe on ALL 3 FLOORS of our house. We paid them $7,500 at the start of what was to be a 9 day job. 7 weeks, 4 broken windows, a broken spigot (that they never repaired,) & 3 large piles (12' long 2.5' high, and 5' wide for the largest one) of trash later, the workers packed everything up & said there were just little things to touch up. We had a LONG list of required repair, to include a 12 FOOT section of gutter guard that was missing. We had to make a homeowner's claim, had to leave our house for 32 days for ************ remediation, & when I emailed the owner a video of raining in the house he gave me 2 options; pay a discounted price of 7 some odd thousand dollars and they'll fix everything or pay 9 some odd thousand and get someone else to fix it. We chose option 3, & hired a lawyer. Hello Gutters filed suit in Small Claims Court for a total of $40,000+ between SIX claims they filed on a $19,000 job. We are attempting to serve them a ******************* to their claims, but NONE of the addresses they have given the Secretary of State for AL are actual physical addresses, which is illegal.Our homeowners ins. has begun subrogation with their ins. trying to recoup the over $60,000 in damages. I found them through ******* List. Please, don't use them.

  Do not, I repeat do not use this gutter company. Our gutters on the back and sides of the house were installed improperly. We complained several times to no avail. We were told that it had been a year since installation so no longer under warranty. The reason we had not noticed before is that we rarely sit on our back patio. We went out on the patio to check out heavy rainfall and water was gushing between the seams, not overflowing. We used another company for the front and no issues. We have called another company to come out and check it out. We are going to replace it all.
