    I have had six or seven interactions with the *** staff. They have been patient and thoughtful and even replaced the power cord for the laptop they sold me when it shorted - free of charge.The staff are empathetic and willing to explain which steps they are planning to take.They offer good prices for exactly what you ask to purchase.My wife and I will keep coming here.--Just as an afterward, the staff has never flinched or laughed at my wife's passwords. That alone earns top stars.
