    Shumates has not finished the job, he was supposed to return to remove the rest of the ***** debris. He was paid in full on 02-24-2023, $3500, to cut down and remove stumps. He kept asking me if I wanted any stumps for firewood and I said no twice, he asked a 3rd time and I felt uncomfortable so I finally said ok to leaving a small ***** and pointed to which one was ok, a little while later he comes in and says he left more in case my husband wanted it, he told me he would be in my neighborhood for a few weeks and he would stop back by or I could call him and he would come remove whatever we didnt want. He did not come by and he didnt answer my calls for a month, he finally said he could come back by soon, another month goes by and nothing, he stopped answering my calls and texts so I had the contractor who originally set up services with him contact him, from Carlisle builders, he told him he would come back by before the end of May, its now July and the stumps are still there. I just want the job finished, that portion of my yard was used for bird watching and now its inaccesible due to debris everywhere.
