  If I could give this business a zero rating I would. They bought the company I was with, raised the rates and gave me a very difficult time when I tried to cancel the service. I did not owe for my device yet they tried to scare me into keeping the service. I couldnt cancel via the website on my online account. I was told I needed to call the customer service line when I had an online chat with an actual LIVE agent. I could not get to speak to a supervisor. I gave my account password via the chat to confirm my account. They still insisted on me calling customer service. I called customer service and was told it would take up to 15 minutes for them to complete the questions they had before cancelling my account. Even after verifying my account details, saying why I no longer want the service, they proceeded to ask me questions all geared towards convincing me to keep the service. Questions such as how many people in my household, have i checked the crime rate in my community, do i feel safe at home and multiple questions that had nothing to do with me cancelling the service. When I refused to answer any further questions, the agent got very passive aggressive and terminated the call. It took me nearly an hour to get them to cancel the service because i refused to answer their questionaire.Then told me it will take up to 30 days for the cancellation to be effective and that I will be billed during that period. I will fight this because it should be illegal for a company to make it so difficult to terminate service and still bill you for the length of their slow processing. I would not recommend this company for so many other reasons but this situation takes the cake

  Hello, my name is ***** from ************. Al *****. They never insstored a doorknob, leaving a big whole in my door. I , out of my pocket, had to buy a deadbolt and pull a man off his job to do adts job. They also stated my costs was going to be much cheaper than it turned out. They take advantage of old, elderly people, especially single women, who are poor or in disability. Theyre completely unethical and need to be shut down. I know a ton of business owners and I will remind them not to use them. I even scheduled an adt man to come on a Friday, I have his work number as well, his name was ****, he never showed. The evil adt manager or whoever he was has nerve to call me and tell me I owe them 2,000$ plus other money. I live off $1200 a month. They need to be shut down immediately.
